Chef Chad Pritchard and the staff of Oregano Italian Kitchen are pleased to present our Fall Tasting Dinner, Six Courses in Italy, Featuring Chef Justin Box. Chef Box was classically trained at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Chef Box is the Chef de Cuisine at Bolsa Restaurant in Dallas Texas. Previously, he was the executive sous chef with the non-profit project restaurant Cafe Momentum. Justin also had stints with Stephen Pyles Catering and Restaurant Ava.
This evening, we will feature two courses by Chef Pritchard, two courses by Chef Box, one course as a collaboration between the two, and a dessert by Kimber Pritchard, which will Kimber's debut back in the kitchen after taking 6 years off to raise their children.
